Read your book, there are some changes I now have to make in how I am selling my items. But I feel comfortable with everything you recommend and will prepare better and start another batch for next Sunday. It has been interesting to go through a couple of searches on items I am interested in and I found that I turned away from sites that did all the things you said we should not do, it was truly amazing to see but they just turned me off from doing business due to restrictions and by putting up barriers and by hiding information and using poor or too few pictures. Then they had high starting prices or what can be considered as unrealistic shipping prices or no information on shipping and handling. And this was on some sites that had very high stars count, just imagine how much better they would if only......well you know. It's obvious that there a lot of people who could use some or even all of what you offer.
