Armed with extensive senior executive experience gained in several multi-national
organizations, Mike has consulted to major corporations in financial services, technology, pharmaceuticals, consumer products,
hospitality and heavy manufacturing firms. A frequent speaker at conferences
and seminars, he is well-respected for his ability to bring practical know-how to bear on all kinds of business and people
issues.
He spent two years in France
managing a worldwide study for the United Nations (UNESCO) on factors that increase the efficiency and effectiveness
of scientific research units.
Currently, Mike‘s practice includes providing executive coaching
to senior corporate officers, support in designing and implementing large scale organizational transformations, and the design
and delivery of a wide variety of hard and soft skill training initiatives.
During
his tenure as a senior executive in three Fortune 500 corporations, Mike designed and successfully implemented several large
scale change efforts. Each involved reorganization, restructuring, and work process
redesign. He has also managed the people side of several corporate mergers,
acquisitions, and divestitures. Additionally, he has built very effective leadership
development and succession planning programs in all three previous corporate assignments.
Professionally, Mike teaches at the graduate
school level, is licensed to practice psychology in several states, and is a member of numerous professional and community
organizations.
