February
Blue & Gold Banquet & Arrow of Light Ceremony - 2006
We
had 2 very exciting events in February.
Scout Sunday was February 5th where our 3 Webelos were awarded the "God & Family Religious Award". They have spent about 6 weeks working on it. The Pack lead
the congregation in the flag ceremony, the Color Guard did an excellent job! And
to top it off, we had a very successful bake sale right after church! We raised
$308.

Our second exciting event was celebrating Cub Scouting's Birthday with a Blue & Gold Dinner. We had over 50 family & friends join us for our 1st annual Blue & Gold Dinner on February 25th.
Each family brought chicken & side dish, it was totally yummy! The pack provided salad, rolls, drinks & cake. Grandma
Kay made & decorated our special cakes! At 6:30 we moved into the sanctuary
for a special ceremony for the Webelos. They received the Arrow of Light Award.
The Arrow of Light is the highest award earned in Cub Scouting. Thank you to everyone who supported the Pack! It was a great
night!

Thank you to the Webelos who represented our Pack by presenting the flag
ceremony at the Golden Eagle District Roundtable in January 2006. You did an excellent job!
