Our February 2, 2008 meeting was held at Del Caos Kennels in Rio, WI. Due to some bad winter weather, we had a smaller than usual attendance; however, there were still about 15 die-hards who made it through the snow. 

Our membership continues to grow! At the general meeting, we voted in 8 new members; plus we had 2 guests who drove in from Minneapolis and they have applied for membership.

Of MAJOR importance at this meeting, Allison brought us up to date on a piece of Wisconsin legislation which just came out of committee and will be going to the Assembly/Senate soon. It is a very TOUGH bill, that would severly curtail dog breeders' ability to operate their facilities. Joy brought a huge pot of potato soup! Allison whipped up a pasta dish, with a salad. Followed by several choices of desserts. No one leave hungary!
