2007
It has been a pretty good year for Quanta so far. Our latest show at Guadalupe Cafe had an amazing turnout and a great
crowd, and I enjoyed playing the show immensely. The sound came together pretty well and the band was on. thanks to our impromptu
opening act from Athen's Sleepy Horses...it added a great feel to the evening.
And thank you to all the friends and dancers...that is why we do this.

Regular Gig! Check out some Live Quanta
Cooking with Quanta is planning on a monthly gig at Guadalupe Cafe on Main St. Sylva.
this is the plan: every second saturday of the month (beginning october 14th) we will converge upon this small town
establishment, rename it QuantaLupe's, and rock out. This is a way we can try and create a gathering for all friends of Quanta.
We would love to make this something special within the confines of this space and this time. We are open for ideas...i would
love to get input from our fans on how to make this really work out as a chance for us to work on original music and presentation...and
our fans to be able to meet, boogie, and come back for more.
Sylva is a great town trying to build a tradition of art for the people....let us all be a part of this movement...
see you Oct 14th

cooking!
This weekend we will be playing some unique Quanta Shows. We had planned for two local shows without our drummer..and
it looks as though we will now have our drummer greg with us for both shows...so it should be exciting. Not sure how it will
work out exactly, but it should explore some new possibilities of our sound and it should be a lot of fun!
We will be in Highlands, NC at Buck's Cafe on Friday Night...it is a great venue if you have not been there...intimiate,
great people, great coffee and sweets!
We will be supporting the growing art scene in Sylva NC this Saturday Night with an appearance at Guadalupe's Cafe on
Main St. Sylva. I believe we are going to play earlier and have another band play after us...but i am not sure on all the
specifics yet. it should be a Great Night.
Also, we were back in the studio working on the tracks you can hear from our myspace account attached to this web site.
We had a blast this past Saturday and hope to work on the mix soon.
We are looking foreword to the holidays and plan on celebrating with as much good music and good friends as possible.
Support the cause if you can and come see us live, tell friends about us, and enjoy!
