The lock personnel will not let you in if you show up unannounced.
Note! Yellow highlight and/or an asterisk (*) in Column "C" (River Miles) means an estimated position, probably accurate to within (very roughly) 0.25 miles.
No asterisk and no highlighting means the position was taken right there with a GPSr and is accurate to ~ 12' to 20' diameter circle,
and it was position averaged for at least two minutes.
