Please be aware: 1) there is a cancellation
fee of 50 dollars for appoinmnts that are cancelled with less then 24 hour notice and
2) that I am the only one who can see the appointments in the calendar, however the online appoinment software does
not gaurentee information is private. If you wish use your intials instead of your full name.
During our session we will create a unique identifier. You will recieve an email confirmation of the appointment and a reminder
e-mail before your appointment. This feature is meant to make scheduling easier. If you prefer you can call the
office to schedule. If you need to canel with less then 24 hour notice you must call the office as the calendar
feature will not canel with less then 24 hour notice.
