Workout times on Monday and Wednesday from 11:30-1:00p will be suspended till after the 15th of April.

 FWA masters is open to all swimmers 18 years of age and older who have a heart beat and can swim at least 500 yds. comfortably. Practices consist of stroke technique, general and specific conditioning. Practices are challenging but tailored to your level of ability. FWA head coach Matt Vogel is in attendance at the majority of the practices offered. One week tryouts are offered. All practices are held at the American Legion Post on Goshen Rd.

Saturday- 10:30-12:00noon
Cost: $40.00/month and a yearly membership to USMS $35.00/yr.
Registration will be on deck at swimmers 1st practice.
