Sometimes, a topic that I've touched on in one of my log entries may need a little elaboration, or I may want to respond in
more formal fashion to feedback I get from readers. Whenever I feel it appropriate, I'll post those types of essays here.
For example, I might include an essay on a controversial subject, like the ethics of capital punishment. Or, I might write
a personal essay about growing up or my philosophy of child-rearing.
Writing essays requires a little more work than
writing blog posts, but it also gives me a chance to really shape and express my thoughts.
Michael Moore's "Fahrenheit 9/11"
I had watched this movie last year and couldn't believe the things that the first Bush did while
in office---his associates, business dealings, etc.
THEN, when I saw how Georgie Baby, (before he was even in politics) had to be "helped" and "given" jobs and work by his
father's friends and business partners, I wondered "How in the world did this lack-luster, failure at life ever get to be
president?" But, of course, we must not forget he had "help" from many people, including his father and brother!
Was it all "Legal"? I kind of think not, the more I watched the movie!
I am sooo glad it won some recognition!
If you have not watched this movie, you certainly should! Even if, as has been said, MIchael Moore "manufactured
things" in order to discredit Bush, just by watching it, seeing and hearing the people speak and Who the people are----you
will see that instead of being elected to a second term by a bunch of "ostriches", Bush should have been investigated even
more deeply than Clinton or Nixon ever were!
What a miscarriage of American Justice, not only to the families of 9/11 victims, but to the American citizen!
Will the country and it's citizens EVER recover from the "Reigns of the Bush Dynasty?"
Is it too soon to impeach Bush? (Remember, he doesn't "testify" or allow "all of the truth" to be told---as his
omission of part of the "9/11 Report" testifies.)
