Are the generic drugs that you sell safe?

Yes, all of the generic drugs that we sell have been deemed by UK and Mexican authorities to be equivalent to their associated brand name products using equivalency criteria similar to those used by the US FDA. Our generics are just as safe and effective as any you would find in the USA.

What are generic drugs?

When a drug company first invents a drug (ie: Prozac) that company is the only one allowed to make that drug for a certain number of years (approximately 10 years in the US). After this time period, other companies are allowed to make the same drug. These drugs are called generics. The original drug (ie: Prozac) is called a brand name drug. Brand name drugs and their generics are IDENTICAL in terms of active ingredients. The generic pills may look different (because they are made by a different company) but inside is exactly the same active ingredient which works in exactly the same way. The only difference between brand name drugs and generic drugs is that generics are always less expensive.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make sure your transaction is secure. Our website utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized internet access.

Is there a limit on how much I can buy?

Yes, you may purchase only a maximum of a 3 month supply of each of your medications. Provided that you have a valid prescription for that supply of medication. If your physician writes a prescription for more than a 3 month supply then we can fill those refills as they come due.

Do you sell narcotics?

No, it is illegal for a an Pharmacy to mail a narcotic or controlled substance to a US resident.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our medications internationally. You will be able to see a complete list of the countries we ship to when you place your order and 'checkout'. If your country is NOT listed, then we unfortunately do not ship there.

Do I need a prescription?

Most medications on this website require a prescription. Please read more information on our policies on how to order. The product page will have information on whether or not that specific medication requires an Rx.

I have a prescription, what should I do?

If you have a prescription from your doctor, you can fax it to us at 1-866-206-9496 (for North America) or Upload it. Please create a cover letter that includes your name and your order number. People outside North America must scan and upload their Rx.

Upon approval, we will charge your Credit Card and ship your item to you.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Our shipping fees vary. To see our methods and pricing, please click here. Shipping is calculated by weight. You can always estimate your shipping cost by placing an item in your shopping cart, and checking out. You will see how much the shipping will be, before you place your actual order.

Where are you located?

Our company is headquartered in the United Kingdom. We source our medications from reputable wholesalers and manufacturers around the world, including Mexico, Australia and India. All our products are made by respectable pharmaceutical companies and are shipped in original packaging.

Where do you ship your medications from?

All our medications are dispensed from our partner pharmacies / distributors that are registered in Mexico, Australia and India.

How can I find out if my order has shipped?

Click the "STATUS" button at the top of our website, and enter the information it asks. On this page, you will be able to find out your order and shipping status, and any comments which our Customer Service Rep's have provided.

What if I have a shipping problem with my order?

If you have any problems with your order (for example, if you are missing something, or you received the wrong product or custom / border issues) please contact problems@rx-mex.com with your name, order number and a description of the problem. You should receive a response within 24 business hours.

What if I need a refund?

For information on refunds, please contact refunds@rx-mex.com. Be sure to include your name, order number and a description of the problem and we'll get back to you with further details.

What if a product I ordered is out of stock?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will order it from our supplier. If the item is not available from the supplier we will contact you and let you know ASAP. If we cannot get the item in a timely manner, you have the option to wait, or to cancel your order. We do not charge any Credit Card until the item ordered is available to ship.

Why do the pills I received look different than the ones I get from my local pharmacy?

Firstly, if you are used to Brand Name pills and you have ordered a Generic from us, the pills we send you WILL LOOK DIFFERENT. Generics do not look the same as the Brand Name products, even though they have the SAME ACTIVE INGREDIENT and work in EXACTLY THE SAME WAY. In addition, the same Brand Name pill may look slightly different in Mexico than it does in the US. Some pills may have different shapes as well as different colors, but all will have the same ingredients and will provide the same benefits. When comparing different Generics, they WILL GENERALLY LOOK DIFFERENT if they are made by 2 different companies.

Is my personal information kept confidential?

The personal information you give us will only be viewed by authorized employees of our company for the purpose of completing your order. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
