| IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR MEMBERSHIP 2009 NEW RULE The Board passed that members will declare 60% of the total rodeos. Rankin will be included in this 60%. The new entry form will have a place to sign that will indicate you want to declare the rodeo. This must be done when you mail in your entry. You will NOT get to declare the rodeo at callbacks. You can still enter the rodeo at callbacks, but WILL NOT be able to declare the rodeo. RANKIN WILL BE AN EXCEPTION TO THIS NEW RULE: Rankin is scheduled September 12, 13, & 14, 2008. Rankin is a double rodeo. POSTMARK is September 2, 2008 and CALLBACKS are September 9, 2008. For Rankin only you will be able to let me know on callback ONLY (Tuesday, September 9, 2008) if you want to declare Rankin. Since Rankin is a double rodeo you may declare just one of the rodeos and/or both. 8 & under CALF RIDERS…You will get to ride for 2009. It will be another trial year as in 2008.
