Hi my name is Seth Mahaffey,

I would like to take this time to thank you for choosing me to be your 2008 President. This will be my second year as President. Last year was a great year; the Rodeos were run off very professionally.

It was our first year to have the finals in San Angelo, I believe everyone enjoyed being there and had a good time. The Restaurants, Merchants and the people of San Angelo really showed their support to the AJRA, we are looking forward, returning to San Angelo this year.

I would like to remind everyone that AJRA has made some changes in their rules. Be aware of the changes, read your Rule Book.

We need to take the time to thank all of our Directors, our secretary Sharon Coats, her assistant Kelly Edwards, Stock Contractors, and Rodeo Committees for their hard work and time spent on putting these Rodeos together.

Most of all we need to thank our Parents for their hard work, long hours, money spent and most of all the valuable time we spend with our families, friends and all the great people we get to meet through Rodeo.
