Our 1 bedroom 2 bath oceanview vacation
rental on the second floor with vaulted ceilings has panoramic
ocean views and spectacular sunsets to be enjoyed from every room and your extra large, private lanai.
From the moment you arrive, you can relax on the lanai or in the living and dining areas with new designer furnishings.
With a King bed in the Master Bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room, our condo comfortably sleeps 4 and
has 2 bathrooms so it's ideal for
couples or a family. The living/dining areas and master bedroom have direct access to the lanai. Our recent remodel includes new carpeting, a custom
kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets/floor, and the 2 bathrooms have marble tile
floors/shower/bath with new vanities and fixtures.
In a few minutes, you can be at the

Why Elua Village and Wailea?
Elua Village in sunny Wailea is a luxury
oceanfront vacation resort in a gated community that has beautifully landscaped tropical gardens
with lush green lawns on 24 acres. It has 2
pools - the new oceanfront pool adjacent to the beautiful crescent-shaped sandy beach and pavillion has a kitchen with
refrigerator, showers and shaded area with tables/chairs. The second pool has a whirlpool spa and is a 2 minue
walk from our condo. There is also a paddle tennis court, and putting green.. There is another new oceanfront sunbathing area with direct beach access, chaise lounges
with cabana covers, incredible views, and a shower.
You can enjoy great snorkeling
at Elua's beach in vibrant blue waters with exotic reef fish and rare Hawaiian sea turtles nearby, fantastic
whale watching from mid-December through April, swimming, sailing, windsurfing,
or just relaxing in the sun to the soothing sounds of the ocean.
Wailea is a sanctuary of beauty
on Maui's sunny South shore ... you can take a stroll or jog on the paved 2 mile Wailea Beach Walk which
winds along the ocean with spectacular views past premium hotels and award-winning restaurants.
Elua Village is near the Shops at Wailea with an array of exquisite stores and restaurants and is also convenient
to most of Maui's scenic attractions. The Wailea Blue, Gold and Emerald championship golf courses stretch
along Wailea's gently sloping terrain with ocean views, and tennis courts are just minutes
