Reservation
Policy for Condo #304, Elua Village:
- 5 night minimum stay; Christmas/New Years - 14 night minimum
- No smoking and no pets allowed

Check-in time 3PM; check-out time 11AM. A
late check-out must be requested and approved by the owner. To guarantee late check-out, a 1/2 day charge will
be assessed.

Hawaii State/Room Taxes 12.42% (2010) 13.42% (2011); Elua Village resort fee $100 (all
rates subject to change)

Refundable $300 damage deposit

3 night deposit is required within 7 days to
confirm reservation for less than 14 nights. A 7 night deposit is required for holiday periods and for reservations
of 14 nights or more. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If arrival date is less than 60
days at the time of booking, full payment is due within 7 days of reservation.

Cancellation Policy: 60 day cancellation
notice is required. A $50 cancellation fee will be collected on all cancellations. If cancelled within 60 days
of arrival, no refunds unless unit is re-rented. For rentals of 30 days or more, 1/2 of rental fee is due
6 months prior to arrival. Christmas/New Years - no cancellations or refunds after October 1; full payment due October
1.
