anyone at our discretion, we do not sell to brokers or large kennels!
Our puppies are born in the comfort of our home, they are given temporary
nick-names in order for us to tell them apart. They are supplemented with goats milk along with their moms milk until 4 weeks
of age when we begin adding Puppy Food moistened w/ goats milk to their diets.They are on completely dry food when they are
ready to go home.We reccomend Puppy food until they are 1yr of age then we reccomend Adult food, or Diamond Naturals
Lamb & Rice.They are given their first shots at 6 weeks old. They are wormed twice at 3 & 4 weeks old. We accept deposits
of $100 at birth on our pups, then the balance is due when you pick your puppy up.
We do not accept personal checks!
All Deposits are NON-refundable
and must be recieved w/ in 2 weeks of the puppy being marked "pending"
deposits will hold the puppy of your choice until 8 weeks of age unless other arrangements are made prior.
They will have their AKC papers when they are ready to go home. Our
puppies are ready to go home at 7 -8 weeks old.
We do not ship our puppies,I would not place my
child alone on a plane therefore i will NEVER place my fur-kid on a plane alone in a cargo hold!
Our Poodles are to be in side ONLY family members!

Approval within 72 hours. If this pure bred dog does not have your veterinarian's approval, please return to breeder/seller's
premises with the period of time designated above with a written statement from a Veterinarian for a refund. If this dog develops
a serious hereditary disease documented by a Veterinarian, a refund or another puppy shall be given as a replacement whichever

refusal will be given to the breeder/seller. If the buyer relocates they will provide the new address w/ in 90 days to the
breeder or this contract shall be null and void.It is further noted this dog shall not be kept as an outside dog, nor

THIS BREEDER WILL REPLACE THIS DOG IF IT DIES DUE TO ANY HEREDITARY PROBLEMS IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE
MET. Buyer must consult with Breeder within 24 hours of any illness and follow advice of Breeders Veterinarian. Under no circumstances
is Seller to be held responsible for medical services not authorized by the Seller. Buyer must have a necropsy performed by
the Breeder's Veterinarian or Breeder's Vet of choice within 24 hours of death. It is mutually understood and agreed that
any litigation regarding this sale shall be brought about in the County and State where the sale originated.

The following are the requirements that the bitch must meet in order to be bred to the above mentioned stud dog.
The
bitch must be in good health as evidenced by an updated veterinary examination, which must include the following items:
a)
A current Brucellosis test
b) A current vaginal smear proving she is free of any and all infectious diseases.
c) Any
medical information in case an emergency arises
The bitch owner must provide a copy of her pedigree, as well as a copy
of her registration certificate (front and back)
The stud fee will be paid in one or two manners the first being:
Option
# 1
The stud fee is __________________ and is due prior to breeding.There will be a minimum of two (2) breedings to take
place forty-eight (48) hours apart. More if deemed appropriate by both owners for good reason. If the bitch fails to conceive
a return service at no additional fee other than the amount above agreed upon. The stud fee is in no way refundable. If conception
does not take place the bitch maybe replaced by the bitch owner with another bitch that has been approved by the stud dog
owner, provided that we are notified of no puppies being produced within fourteen (14) days after the projected whelping date.
Option # 2
The stud fee may be paid in the form of the stud dog owner receiving pick of the litter ( first choice
from the litter) free of charge.The puppy shall become the sole property of the stud dog owner with FULL AKC registration.In
the instance of only one puppy being produced from said mating it will STILL become the property of the stud dog owner.
Stud
fee shall be indicated here by stud dog owner and bitch owner's initials placed in the appropriate space.

All transportation charges and the veterinary care of the bitch are the bitch owners responsibility, if applicable.
There is no charge for boarding the bitch for the first seven days; however, the bitch owner will provide enough food for
the bitch to last the duration of the boarding.
We, the stud dog owner, will provide pedigrees, photographs, veterinary
records and promotional materials for the afore mentioned stud dog and will aide in the placement of puppies produced by the
afore mentioned stud dog, if needed. The owner of the bitch also agrees that NO puppies resulting from this breeding will
be sold to pet stores, nor surrendered to any animal shelters, humane societies, dog pounds, nor rescues,auctioned , or placed
as "free to good home" as this is a blemish on our reputations as well as yours.
If any puppies from this breeding
are returned to the bitch owner in the future for any reason the stud dog owner will be notified and will be allowed to assist
in rehoming of said puppies.Stud owner will be given full disclosure of the whereabouts/homes selected for all said pups produced.
The
owner of the bitch warrants that this bitch has not been exposed to any stud dog prior to her arrival and assures that the
stud dog owner will protect her from any such exposure while in our custody. The bitch owner also warrants that after breeding
she will not be exposed to any other stud dog during the remainder of her season. Any litter whelped by the bitch between
the thirtieth (30th) day and the ninetieth (90th) day after the final breeding attempt will be regarded as belonging to the
stud dog regardless of size, color, or breed.
The above will also apply to litters sired via Artificial Insemenation.
