JNJ Siamese breeds the following:
Points= color of tail ,ears,nose,& paws.
We only breed seal,blue,chocolate,& lilac at this time.
Siamese carry a form of albinism (albino) they are born solid white and slowly acquire
their points in the next few weeks after they are born. Their points aquire color due to their body temprature, they have
color in the parts of their body w/ the least amount of body heat,their extremities.This is why they are born solid white
as it is very warm in the womb. Their point colors come in slower if they are a dilute color. Siamese are vocal and enjoy
the company of their owners, They do EXTREMELY well in pairs. They do not do well left alone for hrs on end, they require
companionship whether it be human or feline!
Eye Color= is ALWAYS blue in varying shades.
Point Pattern=patterns displayed in the points.( i.e.-lynx,tabby,tiger) we only breed lynx
points at this time.
Body Type=
Applehead= medium boned cats w/ round apple shaped heads.Also reffered to as Traditional Siamese.
Vocal and enjoys attention.
Classic / Wedge=daintier boned cats w/ more defined pointy heads, ears & nose. longer
bodied. More vocal than the appleheads. Slightly more attention seeking also.
Extreme/Wedge =VERY dainty cats w/ extremely pointed heads, ears & nose and
extremely defined bone structure, very long in body. Also reffered to as Modern siamese. Very vocal and attention seeking
cats.
Breed Coat Types=
Siamese =have short /satiny coats with no grooming required /very minimal shedding.
Balinese =is essentially a LONG haired Siamese w/ satiny soft coats. Which have minimal shedding
w/ minimal grooming required. Balinese is a naturally occuring long haired coat gene, they are acceptable breeding
crosses to Siamese and vice/versa.
