SKILL DEVELOPMENT
1. Shooting - "Game shots at Game spots at Game speed"
- Shot Doctor Clinic
- At least 100 shots per day
2. Ball Handling
- Ability to go left and right with head up at all times
- Change directions and change speeds
- Master the following moves:
- front change right and left
- around the back right and left
- spin right and left
- inside out right and left
- pull back cross-over right and left
STRENGTH TRAINING
- Legs: explosive training (workout forms in weight room)
- Upper Body: abs, chest triceps
- Cardio: two miles run in under 16 minutes
