(This review assumes you know Grave Digger)

Think I am done with Grave Digger.

Like most, I loved the era of Tunes of War and Knights of the Cross... and I thought Excalibur and Heart of Darkness (heard HoD after Exalibur) were decent albums.  The last 3, including The Last Supper, I have to pick and choose a couple of songs of each and the rest is just...boring.  There is nothing new or interesting going on.

On this one, there are a few catchy songs, but nothing that I want to listen to over and over again as on previous albums (I am pretty sure my ex got sick of Rebellion). Chris still sounds like Chris, they still have the Grave Digger sound, just....uninspired.  Maybe they are out of ideas...

I still enjoy the Grave Digger sound...just not these new songs.  I guess I'll stick with the classics.

Favorites: Last Supper, Grave in the No-Mans Land
