Apparently Jaded Heat has been around for awhile and has release several albums....oops...
I guess my excuse is that I am just now getting into the melodic rock/metal style that they offer. I blame this addition
of interest (and more money) to Evidence One, the return of TNT and Starbreaker. So on a whim I bought this album and
was quite impressed.
Not overly heavy, but catchy as hell and I think I saw some syrup dripping off some
the choruses. Mostly mid-paced stuff, some nice riffs and some piano/keyboard driven slower songs and lyrics that you
dob't need to decipher. The vocalist has a nice strong mid-range. Did I mention the choruses? Big and catchy.
If you are into this style, this is an easy purchase for you.
This disc rocks.
