Celtic Dreams is a small rabbitry located in the Lehigh Valley,
PA. We show and breed Mini Rex (in black, blue, broken, castor, opal, otter and sable point) and
Holland Lops (in black and blue tort, sable point, orange and chestnut). Caitlin and Eileen show in youth and are active
in the Northampton County 4H Rabbit and Cavy club.
We've added American and Texel cavies this year. The
Americans will be shown in youth, and I'll be showing the Texels in open. Thanks to Karen DeHaven for her support!
Show Highlights
Our spring show season was alot of fun. Caitlin ended by going BOB/BOS at
Central PA with a black junior doe and castor senior buck of her own breeding.
We attended Mini Rex Nationals this year - Fort Worth Texas was great (if a little
cold...)! Caitlin's blue senior buck was BOSV in the youth specialty and her opal senior buck and junior doe were BOV/BOSV
respectively in the youth "day after" show. Congratulations to all the winners as well as
everyone who entered. There were alot of really nice Mini Rex there.
Holland Lop Nationals was great! Wade placed in the top 10 Solid Senior Bucks,
so Eileen was thrilled. We also attended Cavy Nationals (a newer project for us), with Eileen's Golden Agouti sow winning
BOV.
