After reviewing your responses
to a detailed questionnaire I would send you a 4 week training plan via email.
This first training plan would be designed around your current fitness level, your immediate and long term goals, and
would be prepared for a start date that is mutually agreed upon to be a beneficial start date.
Once
you are a client of Mark McCormack's Cycling Services you will have the
freedom to email me as often as you feel necessary to get the most out of your training and racing.
Along
with the training plan will be a detailed description of all the different interval/sprint types that you will see throughout
the year.
As
needed I will be available to make adjustments to your plan based on illness/injury/unforeseen circumstances, etc.
After
the third week of each plan I would like you to update me in a general sense of how the training/racing has gone as well as
inform me of any changes to your personal schedule for the coming weeks that would impact the next training plan(s).
