Thyme is very easy to grow and comes in many different varieties.  It ranges in flavor from a lemon like taste to the more traditional common English thyme.  Leaf colors very significantly, colors include green, yellow and silver.  There are many variegated leaf patterns.  Plant structure ranges from creeping low ground cover to upright shrubby plants.
