Caution Should be Excercised if you are planning a garden that will be used by children or pets ......

Deadly Nightshade (Atropa Belladona), source for atropine.  Not a pretty plant, it is best to remove.
 
Foxglove (Digitalis Purprea) , this plant is used to produce digitalis, it is a beautiful plant, but excecise appropriate caution.
 
Hemlock.  Used by the greeks as a poison - Socrates was forced to kill himself with poison derrived from this plant.
 
Rue.  Not lethal but exposure to the leaves, in direct sunlight, can result in an adverse reaction.

This list provides a few examples of plants that should avoided.
