Hello and thank you for your interest in our Boxers.
Please read the following preliminary puppy agreement as it entails the requirements expected of potential buyers of our puppies.
These terms must be agreed upon prior to the signing of a written contract of purchase if/when that is decided.
Pet puppies will be sold on an AKC Limited Registration, spay/neuter contract.
The puppy will be registered in our name initially, until proof of spay/neuter is received, at which time the papers will
be signed and sent to you for transfer.
Show or breeding quality prospects will be sold on an AKC Full Registration
under co-ownership only. The co-ownership may be lifted at a later date, the terms of which will be decided on an individual
basis and outlined in our contract. There are many variables to co-ownerships and they can be tailored to meet any arrangements...
our goal is to protect the dog while being mutually beneficial to the buyer and to us.
We do make every effort to increase the odds that our puppies are free
from inherited defects by screening prospective breeding stock for those problems common to our breed. However, due to complex
genetic interactions and environmental factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that a puppy purchased from us will
be free of genetic disorders. This is the nature of any living creature.
All of our puppies go to their homes with a complete written contract
signed by the breeder as well as the buyer. It clearly states our obligations to the purchaser and theirs to us, as well
as our policy on returns and replacements. We try to be generous, fair and understanding. We have invested a lot
of time, work and money to bring these puppies into the world and we want them as protected as possible. We require you notify
us if for any reason you cannot keep the dog, and we retain the right to have the dog returned to us in that circumstance, or
rehome as we see fit, with or without any monetary refund.
Your puppy will be micro-chipped, pre-registered to our kennel. This
will enable any shelter or vet that has a scanner to trace your puppy back to us - and through us to you - in the event
it should be lost or stolen. You will be given information on how to enroll your puppy in this ID program if you choose to
do so.
Puppies are evaluated at 8 weeks of age and are not available to go to
their new homes prior to this time. Buyer must agree to pick up unless prior arrangements have been made. We will not ship
our pups unless buyer is willing (and airline permits) to carry pup on board. No shipments via cargo hold, no exceptions!
