The boxer has
been part of my family since the late 1980's. With the loss of our beloved companions, due to health
issues over the years, I was determined to extensively research those associated with this breed
before I'd come to the decision of ever owning another.
I began my
search for a well-bred boxer in 1999. When we made our move to some acreage in the year 2000 it was my intentions to
breed miniature horses. But once my boy "Beau" came into our lives, everything changed... I decided
to go with my heart and dedicate my time and effort to the boxer breed with the hopes of bettering future
generations.
We have taken a different approach on
the presentation of our dogs and it is our preference to keep the ears natural
(uncropped). The AKC rules have changed in recent years and they're now more acceptable of the natural
ears in the conformation ring. We have nothing against cropping ears, it's just our personal choice. We are
proud to be part of the forefront of a future "eared" generation. Exhibiting this breed with natural ears is rapidly
gaining popularity in US show rings as they have for many years in the UK and other parts of the world...
