From Punxsutawney, we drove another 6 hours or so through upstate New York to Buffalo. We then crossed into Canada and drove up to the Niagara Falls. We spent a night right at the Falls, before leaving the next day to drive across to Michigan and our relatives in Ionia - Lynn and Gerry Stedman.

The Niagara Falls were absolutely amazing - the sheer power and majesty was just breathtaking. Definitely a place we will return to at some stage. The highlight was the "Maid Of The Mist" boat cruise right into the spray at the base of the falls. We were totally drenched!
