Document Submission and Process:

Sawa-Lad processes most transactions with Paypal.  This helps to assure that everyone's private information stays private.  Please follow these easy instructions in submitting your document: 

***Send us your document/project in Microsoft Word form to sawalad@yahoo.com according to the TEMPLATE page. 

We will look at your document in a timely manner, quote you a price for your project, and give you the expected date for completion.  The quote will include a required deposit.    

***  Next, please go to www.paypal.com, and make the required deposit to sawalad@yahoo.com.  This deposit is not refundable once we start working on your project.

Once the deposit is received, we will work on your project and send you a preview/sample of the edit job.  This way, you can rest assured that your project is being worked on. 

*** If additional concerns arise during that time, contact us immediately so that we may tackle those concerns in a timely, efficient manner, before we delve too deeply into the document. 

*** At your request, we will prepare two documents. 

• The first document marks all or most of the changes we've made.  The second is your document in final form. 
• This gives you the freedom and control to keep or reject any or all the changes that were made at your discretion. 

*** When the project is complete, we will email you, asking that you return to Paypal to pay the balance due. 

When paid, we will send your finished document right away.
