Monday November 2, 2009 3:25pm Cowenton Park is closed this evening because of field conditions. All soccer practices are canceled. This is by Baltimore County Parks and Recreation. PHWM Soccer U10 boys games scheduled for Perry Hall Park will run as scheduled on the two lighted small fields. The large lighted field at Perry Hall Park is closed for games this evening. The U12 boys games scheduled for this field are moved to CCBC's (Essex Community College) stadium turf field. Games will be played at the same times. Other park and school fields are opened please stay away from water puddles and mud.
