NEW BUSINESS: 5. Volunteers for TTMT: Curtis, The TTMT show committee
is recruiting volunteers, mostly for the coordinators of volunteers and report to the show committee. A list of still unoccupied
positions was circulated (as well as a subsequent email showing updates). If you or someone that you know would be good at
any of these positions have them contact Sue Evans OLD BUSINESS: 6. Own Road Names: Curtis,
The winner of our road name for our layout vote was Seattle, Portland, and Eastern, SP&E. Now we are looking for a proper
logo to go with that name. Mike Slease is coordinating that search. 7. Ops at Cherry Valley: Tom More details were
ironed out and dates of participation were confirmed for those present. If you did not attend, please get in touch with Tom
or Phone: 425 788 1291 and let Tom know the days that you will attend. 8. Ops at the SP&E,
Curtis We briefly worked on some details of our operations. Most of the discussion centered on the source and quantity
of rolling stock and locos for our ops sessions. One helpful concept is that the total numbers of cars should not exceed
half the total capacity of the sidings, spurs, and yard to prevent clogging up the system. It was also sort of agreed
that the owners of the modules with suitable sidings and spurs provide the cars needed to "operate his module" and provide
a "description" of the cars, siding size, etc. to me. (The details of this "description" are as yet unknown, so wait for
more information on this before sending me any information.) Having this information and knowing who is participating,
the dispatcher can quickly determine the total number and types of cars needed. In general, the owner should provide up to
about 3 - 4 cars of each type (substitutions allowed). We’ll see how that number works out. 9. Status of NCE Software
