| Four Galilean moons from 7/11/08 |

|
| Here are just the moons. If you look closely, you can see a little surface detail on three of them. |
| Europa transit of Jupiter on 9-26-08, RGB |

|
| Shadow is farther from moon now due to angle between Sun and Jupiter. GRS was almost there too... |
| Jupiter with Europa, RGB 8/24/08 |

|
| Europa's coloring surprised me, maybe it's the dark splotchy face |
| Io crossing Jupiter on 8/22/08, f10, rgb, 150% |

|
| Got out late but captured this before Jupiter descended too much. No time for high magnification. |
| Jupiter and Io on 8/9/08 |

|
| Not a great picture of Io... |
| Io Passing in Front of Jupiter, RGB 7-30-08, f/10 |

|
| Just as I was setting up I saw this. Couldn't get the magnifier set up before the shadow went away |
| RGB of Jupiter, Io, and Europa on 7-25-08 |

|
| Transparency wasn't great so these are at F/10 |

| Three moons of Jupiter |

|
| Io, Europa, and Ganymede were hanging out together on 6-24. Callisto didn't join the party. |
Here's a pic of Jupiter on the morning of 6/12/2008. Jupiter was still pretty low in the sky but after I was done
with minor planet Juno, I took a few quick films of it anyway. It's done at f/10 so Jupiter is smaller than my f/25
pictures but you can see more moons with it. The seeing wasn't great and since I collect light faster at f/10 I could
"freeze" the atmosphere better to get clearer shots. You can tell that volcanic Io (upper right) is redder than the
other two moons.
