Nancy Tobi is the author of numerous articles on election integrity, including "The Gifts of HAVA: Time to Ask for a Refund," "What's Wrong with the Holt Bill," and "We're Counting the Votes: An Election Preparedness Kit." Nancy has been a consistent critic of the institution of the Election Assistance Commission, and has collaborated with others to submit testimony to the Election Assistance Commission on their Voting System Certification Program. She has written a critique of that program entitled "The EAC Certification Program Ponzi Scheme."
