On February 5, 2008, Doylestown Township's Board of Supervisors passed a resolution supporting a switch
to voter-marked paper ballots for Bucks County elections. Click here to view the resolution. Similar resolutions were passed by Buckingham Township, Doylestown Borough, Langhorne
Borough, Lower Makefield, Middletown Township, Morrisville, New Hope Boro Council, Sellersville
Boro Council, Yardley Boro Council, Nockamixon, Tinicum, and Warminster Townships.
This echoes the resolution passed two years ago by the Doylestown, Plumstead, Buckingham, Tinicum, New
Britain, Lower Makefield, Upper Makefield, Milford,
Springfield, East Rockhill,
West Rockhill, Hilltown, Lower Southampton, and Middletown Township Boards of Supervisors, as well
as Sellersville Borough Council, Doylestown Borough Council, Yardley Borough,
Newtown Borough, New Hope Borough, the Bucks County Association of Township Officials, and
seven former Bucks County Commissioners.
