Differences over language were settled to the satisfaction of all parties and on March 27, 2008, Judge Heckler signed the order approving the stipulation and agreement as revised. The litigation is resolved. Details are given in the February 10 progress report.

 

Save Plumstead's application for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status was mailed to the IRS on April 2, 2008.
