This is Reba in the fall of 2005, looking suspiciously like Cindy Loo-Who from the Grinch who stole Christmas.
This picture completely encapsulates this child, who is full of impish joy, excitement, energy and (in some odd way) wisdom.
I recently found a picture of my mom (also named Reba) that was the exact same face as little Reebee's. It was
uncanny. I'll try to scan the picture and download it, so you can all enjoy the strange similarity.
