Syrtaki is Orange County, California's hottest new international folk dance ensemble!
Just a little bit about us:
The 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, was all the incentive that Lee Otterholt (our fearless leader and a very
interesting character in his own right) needed to organize a community-based Greek exhibition group in Orange County,
California. Our audience reaction from our first few Greek shows was so overwhelmingly positive that we soon decided
to expand our repertoire.
Today, Syrtaki performs dances from Greece, Armenia, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania,
Hungary, and Slovakia.
