Some families know a great deal about their roots; others know very little.
I am one of the lucky ones - my roots have been passed down to me from some wonderful women
who had the foresight to preserve our family history for over 175 years!
This website is my way of sharing what I have learned about my family history from these women;
my mother, Kathryn; my grandmother, Aileen; and my great-grandmother, Edna. Most
of all, it is my way of paying tribute to all the terrific family history they shared with me.
Even though our family roots are now world-wide, my hope is that this site will help us all re-connect.
I look forward to hearing from any cousins; no matter how distant. So please feel free to email me if you would
like to share about your own branch of our "Family of History".
Through this site I will try to provide as much information as I have learned that fits into my 5MB allotment. Since
I don't always have the source documents for proof, I am always open to someone who has. If you believe you know something
else, please share what you can as I am trying to be as accurate as possible. Some of this is my own research and
some is from kind relatives who were willing to share what they knew.
Yet, no matter the source, in the course of researching my family tree, I have discovered that I have many
more terrific relatives than I ever thought possible... And, it is truly wonderful to have such a large
family! Thank you all.
