How do I get my work to you?
There are several options. You can send paperwork via FedEx, UPS or the US Postal Service. You can also send attachments
of documents via email. We will mail your hard copies back to you as well as send you electronic versions via email.
When do I get my work?
If this is the first time we have worked together or if this is a one time project, your work will be delivered
once we receive your payment. If we have a retainer agreement, your work will be delivered upon completion of the
project or at a time we agree on during the month.
How will I communicate with you?
Any way that you are comfortable with. Initially, we'll have a phone consultation to define the scope of the project
and define expectations. After that you tell me how you most like to be contacted - by phone or email. Whether you an "email"
person or a "phone" person, we'll keep in touch!
If we have a retainer agreement we'll determine how often you want to be contacted for updates. You are free to call
us or email us anytime to check on your project.
How do I know how many hours you worked?
We track our hours using TraxTime
http://www.traxtime.com. It's a time tracking software program that utilizes a "punch in/punch out" system. We can easily punch out when it's
time to take a break, answer a phone call, etc. That way, you are only charged for the hours and minutes we work for you.
At specific intervals (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) we can email you detailed reports.
How do I pay you?
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, we will sign a Work for Hire Agreement before we begin working on your project. The contract ensures that we
both agree on what is expected for the project or retainer agreement and it protects both of us from any miscommunications
or misunderstandings.
