Collaborative family law is a powerful and effective way for people who are divorcing to reach fair solutions and resolve
differences. Collaborative family law is about achieving a fair and equitable settlement and accomplishing the thoughtful
restructuring of the family. In collaborative family law, each spouse will have an attorney who provides full legal protection
and advocacy. Each spouse will also have support and coaching from a psychological expert. There will be a neutral financial
professional to provide analysis and advice. The collaborative family law process is voluntary, and both parties must agree
to choose it and to continue in it until resolution. If the process does terminate, the collaborative team will withdraw.
The parties can proceed to hire counsel to take the case to court and have it be decided by a judge. (text from LACFLA.com)
I am an active member of both LACFLA (LA Collaborative Family Law Association) and LAWCDP (LA Westside Collaborative Divorce
Professionals). I have worked as a Divorce Coach as part of a collaborative team. Having a mental health coach in addition
to an attorney shortens the settlement process by helping clients prepare for negotiating sessions.

I have worked in many aspects of the divorce process. I provide marital counseling, divorce counseling for the entire family,
mediation and collaborative law coaching. I am committed to using the least adversarial approach possible. In addition I
have been stipulated by the court to provide both reunification therapy and psychological counseling.
