for the 2010 - 2011 Board Postitions will be held at the BPRSTPA Banquet - Please if you are interested in holding any of

Team Trip Information:
June 25-27th, 2010 - Swim Meet at Penn State "SwimFest"-
at University Park, 50 meter 8 lane, heated outdoor pool.

Summer Zones - Coaches are encouraging all
eligible swimmers to attend this meet. All participating swimmers will be given a full 2 week break after meet.

Effective 1/20/10: Due to increase in entry fees imposed by AMS, from $3.25 to $5.00 per entry fee.
Swimmer's Accounts
Rule II Parents
and/or Guardians are responsible for their swimmer’s entry fees by funding their entry fee account. Swimmers must maintain
a minimum balance of $60
in their accounts to be eligible to be entered into meets.
Parents are responsible for pursuing refunds with the Host Club for changes to
meet entries after Bethel
Park has submitted entries to the Host Club.
The Executive Board will establish policies for processing meet entries of non-member families, including, but not limited to, setting fees and any other action deemed necessary by the Board. Meet entry processing fees for non-member families will be $10.00 per swimmer per meet, and will be deducted
directly from each swimmer's account.

• Individual Events: $5.00
($1.75 to AMS; $3.25 to Host Club)
• Relay Events: $5.00
($1.00 to AMS; $4.00 to Host Club)
• Distance Events (distance
meets only): $5.25 ($0.75 to AMS; $4.25 to Host Club)
Also - increase in Registration fees (from $60.00 to
$65.00) effective January 1, 2010
