VAST got insurance for the 5 day passes

They talked about upping the fees for more law enforcement

Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is plugging along

Dan Favereau is stepping down, so they need a replacement for him

There are still issues in Bakersfield

There is a trail meeting at VAST on 10/29

President: Brent Brigham

Brent received the volunteer weekend memo from VAST which is the weekend of 10/21 and 10/22 and also has the forms for the volunteer weekend.

Submit your hours to Alicia for the drawing for the free TMA.

Brent received the grooming contract which shows we lost 1 ½ weeks.  Real will talk to Alexis to see if these terms are negotiable.  Brent will sign it and send it back so we can get our start up money.

Trail Master: Real Cyr

Much of the trail is signed and ready to go; there is one issue in Fairfax; there are no problems in St. Albans; Nichols Hill has been rerouted; work has been done on the Georgia trail; there are two new houses being build, so a section will need to be roped off to keep everyone off the mound system; Cooks still have the groomer; Real hasn’t heard anything.
