St. Croix Falls’ Todd Cichon Named 2007 Draft Day GM of the Year

Using the final 2007 Rookie of the Year rankings published by Pro Football Weekly, Todd Cichon, GM of the St. Croix Falls Saints, tops the UFE in 2007 draft pick production. My rankings were based on a point system dependant on how PFW ranked the various rookies. Rookies of the year received a bonus point.

Of course, we all understand it often can take a couple years for most players to develop and it is unfair to judge a draft until probably at least 3 years after the fact. That being said, just for fun, here’s the top 5 UFE Draft Day GM’s for 2007:
