The UFE is an on-line American football league played using Action! PC Football produced by Dave Koch Sports. We are entering our fifth year of play. We use roster management rules that are closely based on modern NFL rules, including salary cap, free agency, and a rookie draft conducted prior to the player's initial pro season. Announcements:

6-15-08: Round 3 of unrestricted free agency begins. Bids due by 10 pm EST. Minimum bid is $385K.

5-2-08: VOTING RESULTS for 2008 rule change proposals:

- QB Game Fatigue will now be turned on for both regular season and playoffs

- Teams are now allowed to resign and then trade 1 restricted free agent per year prior to the one game played requirement.

- The UFE college draft will continue to be heald the week after the NFL draft.

- 2nd round draft picks may now be signed for up to 5 years.
