CDS Santa Cruz presents: VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION PROGRAM 2008

The Chapter’s Volunteer program is designed to reward Chapter members who come out and help at chapter sponsored events and shows.  We would love to see “new faces” as well as “seasoned folks” come and join the fun!

HOW IT WORKS

Volunteers will receive one point for each hour worked.  The points are kept track of by our volunteer coordinators, Faith Zack (Coastal Classic) and Joan Williams (Other chapter events).  Only hours worked will count.  No credit for attending memberships, parties or events.  

Chapter boardmembers and committee members volunteer hours also to count.  Email hours worked to Joan.

The Volunteers that work at the Coastal Classic will recive a thank you gift bag, plus a lunch ticket provided by Gigi…  Volunteers that work at a chapter sponsored event (4 or more hours) will receive a small thank you gift bag plus a lunch ticket.

All Volunteers for 2008 names will be listed on the website and in the newsletter in recognition of their service.  Robert Kelly will send/give them all personal thank you notes.

A riding lesson from several of our trainers to be donated as prizes for the 3 volunteers with the most hours worked.
