CDS Amateur Clinic:  Every year CDS hosts an Amateur Clinic and our chapter can select one participant (and an alternate) to attend. 

Applicants for Adult Amateur Clinic must:

1. be chapter members in good standing
2. attend at least 2 chapter meetings
3. volunteer 8 hours at chapter events
4. write a letter to the board requesting the scholarship by Jan 5
5. write an article about their experience after the clinic
6. give a talk about their experience at chapter meeting
