100 is the highest possible Power Rating.

 

24 points is the maximum win for the ratings, in order to prevent teams from running up the score.  A 24 point win is the same as a 50 point win in the ratings.

 

To get a hypothetical result/pointspread between two teams, subtract the lower rated power rating from the higher one and the difference is the hypothetical point differential.

 

Power Ratings do not take into account injuries, players missing or gone, revenge, etc.  They are based solely on the final outcomes (scores) of the games.
