Owned and Operated by Ashliegh, Cameron and Collin Allen

Welcome to Allen's Fuzzy Farm home page. We are a small rabbitry located in Adrian, Michigan, which is about ten miles north of the Ohio border. My brothers and I have been raising and showing Fuzzies for about six years with some good success. In the 2002 - 2003 showing season we finished in 8th place  nationally for quality and also 8th place for herdsmanship. Since then we haven't done too much showing, but we continue to breed high quality fuzzies.
We owe a lot of our success to Margaret Wronski. She gave us our start with this breed, and has been a great source for advice and is a great friend. Finding a breeder who can get you started with good breeding stock and is available to answer your questions is very important to those who may be first starting out.
The blame for our obsession over rabbits goes to Heidi Budd. She got us interested in raising rabbits for 4-H to begin with, and then on a bigger scale when we joined the ARBA. She has been a great supporter of ours by keeping us interested and making sure we didn't miss any shows.
We hope you enjoy this site, and find it helpful and informative. We are planning on getting back to the show circuit soon. We will probably focus on the shows that are fun and not too far away to begin with. If you are truly interested in getting into raising Fuzzies, go to a local show and visit with one of the Fuzzy Lop breeders there. They will be happy to answer your questions, and will have no problem bragging about this special breed of rabbit.
