8). Train Movement
Carcards,
waybills and train orders govern all car movements. All stations are equipped with a waybill holder. The holder contains a
pocket for each industry and track. When setting out a car, turn the waybill to the next move (number in upper right corner 1-4). Place the carcard with
waybill into the pocket for the corresponding industry and track. If your orders
do not call for pickups, then proceed when cleared by Dispatch. If your orders call for pickups, check all pockets for cars
going to points your train serves. Take the carcard / waybill and place it with your train. Place the car in to your train.

Safety:
9A)
Brakes must be set on the OB/SA branch.
9B)
All propane tank cars must be separated by one car from all ignition sources and cabooses.
9C)
When switching Sparta L.P., the gate must be closed and locked when completed.
9D)
All switches shall be returned to Normal when moves have been completed,

All block controls shall be returned to the OFF position when moves have been completed.

All trains except OST must use a caboose.
