I've been a scanner hobbyist for over twenty years. I reside in the northern Dallas/Fort Worth suburb of
Flower Mound pop. 63,000).
My primary listening interests are federal law enforcement, military and civilian aviation, local public safety,
and news media. My scanner radios are a PRO-2006, PRO-96, BC780XLT,
and GRE PSR-500. My antenna is a Diamond discone approx 40' up at the top of my chimney stack connected
to a Stridsberg amplified 4 port multicoupler. With it, I get pretty good metrowide coverage for most agencies
(except for a few trunked systems). Most of the agencies I prefer to listen to come in crystal clear.
I hope my site is helpful to you in some form or fashion, and not just for the scanning hobby. I have other links
and areas you're more than welcome to check out. I'm not just a scanner geek, but have some VERY
eclectic other interests, as you will see. I heartily welcome your comments, suggestions, frequency corrections,
