In order to access just about any services you need to have a copy of your seperation report, or DD214 as it is commonly
known. It is also necessary to join such Veterans groups as the VFW or American Legion. Here is the link to download/print
an SF180, which is the form to mail or fax in to obtain a copy of your DD214.

You can honor an Army Veteran, an active Army, Reserve or National Guard Soldier, a parent, spouse, child, employer or
other supporter through the U. S. Army's Freedom Team Salute program. Chaplain Brandon will assist you and, as an Ambassador,
