Steven's Pharmacy and
Captain Marden's Seafood moved out and were replaced
by a gourmet food vendor, a pizza parlor and next door,
the upscale China Sky Restaurant. Nearby the NE Telephone Company building was converted to five new condominiums which have sold for $700,000.
